Feb 2019 Onwards – Head of SEO for Frasers Group, London, W1D 2JP

I currently work here. As the lead for Frasers Group’s SEO team, currently spearheading the development of a long-term SEO strategy that takes into account the unique positioning of individual brands such as Sports Direct, House of Fraser, Flannels, Evans Cycles, USC, Jack Wills, Missguided, I Saw It First and more. Skilled in creating SEO roadmaps, developing compelling content, executing SEO/PR campaigns, conducting comprehensive site audits, managing SEO budgets and providing strategic recommendations for successful implementation across the organisation.

Took complete ownership of the SEO channel, executing a strategy and expertly managing a team (in-house and agency) to achieve outstanding results. Developed a content strategy that effectively targets customers throughout the entire awareness, consideration and purchase journey resulting in a significant increase in bookings.

Apr 2014 – Sept 2018, SEO Marketing Manager for New Look, London, W1W 8HJ

As the SEO Marketing Manager at New Look, expertly oversaw Natural Search performance and led the global SEO program while managing a 6-figure budget. Led a team of in-house and agency professionals, effectively collaborating with a range of inter-company stakeholders, including leadership and other internal teams. Successfully achieved outstanding results, culminating in New Look topping the fashion leaderboard for the most commercially viable search terms on Google UK in 2018.

Jul 2013 – Mar 2014, SEO Expert for Wrappz, London, BR2 8LJ

As the lead strategist for brand SEO and website traffic growth at wrappz.com was responsible for the development of a plan to identify and clean up close to 35,000 unnatural links and created a white hat SEO program. Expertly navigated the aftermath of Blackhat SEO tactics implemented by a previous agency, resulting in lost rankings, traffic and sales.
